Pumpkin Pie – Mother’s

1 can pumpkin
3 cups sugar
5 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Allspice
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
6 eggs
3 Tbs. Cornstarch
Mix all above together.
Heat and ADD:
3 C milk
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Pie Crust:
1-1/4 C flour
2 Tbs. Sugar
3/4 lb. Oleo
Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until light brown.
